Rules of Use: 

You can only use two complimentary services at a time. You are welcome to upgrade your services and receive credit against the full price. Certificates expire 6 months after purchase. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will render services booked voided. Please book 5 to 7 days in advance. Only one certificate per person, additional certificates may be purchased as gifts only. All returned checks are subject to a $30 fee. Please caculate gratuity on the full value of services rendered. Certificates available for purchase until Jan. 1, 2007 from individual reps or at the spa. We will deliver certificates to local business upon request.

July Celebrate Freedom Promotion: ends July 31st. Where someone wins their freedom from beauty and relaxation expenses at the Wavy Clipper Salon and Day Spa for one year and everyone receives a gift certificate for 10% of the amount of money they spend for the month. August/September 06 Promotion: ends September 30th. Win services till the end of the year.

Contest Rules are as follows:

You will receive entries into the contest based equaling the number services you receive from August 1st till September 30th and could win that total dollar value in services every month till the end of the year.

For example, you come in the months of August and September receive a basic haircut $30, a massage $70, a mani/pedi $60 and a minifacial $40. That totals $200 in services for the month and you had a total of 5 services.
You would receive 5 entries into the contest and if your name is drawn you would win $200 in services a month till the end of the year for a total of $800.00 in free services.

Drawing will be held November 1st and winner will be contacted by phone. Winner agrees that in acceptance of the prize, name and likeness could be used for advertising/marketing purposes by TDP Enterprises LLC. d/b/a Wavy Clipper Salon & Day Spa 

Complimentary Gift Certificates cannot be used for payment of contest entries.

The dollar value of grand prize established cannot be carried over month to month. Any balance left at the end of a month is forfeit. Prize cannot be transferred and has no actual cash value. Tip and taxes, if applicable, are not included.
